At Irvine Tack & Western Wear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your boots, apparel, or tack don't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Ensure your items are in original, unworn condition with all tags attached and original packaging included.

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team via email or visit our online portal to provide your order number and reason for return.

  Package and Label

  Securely pack your items and attach the provided return shipping label or your own prepaid label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
